Nanuet Parents,

Over the next year and a half we will be going through the process of renewing our Middle States accreditation for the district.  As part of this process, we are evaluated using the Middle States Association’s Twelve Standards and also re-validating the District’s Mission and Belief Statements / Core Values, and our Profile of Graduates / Critical Skills.  We must meet or exceed the Middle States standards and show how we carry out our Mission.

We are asking parents to complete a survey that has been created by the Middle States organization.  This survey is important for our internal process of identifying areas in need of improvement system wide.  The results of the staff, parent and student surveys will guide our Planning Team of teachers in developing Student Performance and Organizational Capacity Objectives as well as the construction of a Seven-Year Action Plan.

  • If you do not have sufficient knowledge or experience to rate an indicator you can leave it blank but please try to answer as many as you can.
  • It is a comprehensive survey that takes about 30-45 minutes to complete.
  • Please refer to the above Mission and Belief Statements / Core Values, and our Profile of Graduates / Critical Skills.
